Installation

As if we were never there.

The installation is where most air conditioning companies lose their nerve — and homeowners lose their patience. It's where we've put our best people.

The method

Protect. Route. Make good. Hand over.

01

Protect

Floor protection door to door, dust-sheeted furniture, extraction on every cut. Shoes off at the threshold — it's your house, not our site.

02

Route

Pipework runs in slim, colour-matched trunking along external walls — routes agreed at your design visit, not discovered on the day.

03

Make good

Our own finisher fills, sands and paints. Grilles go in colour-matched, and every room is left as we found it — minus a few degrees.

04

Hand over

Commissioning readings recorded, controls set up on your phone, one walkthrough for every member of the household who wants one.

A typical installation

A whole house, in three days.

  • Day 1

    Protection & mounting

The house is sheeted and protected, positions confirmed room by room, brackets up and slim units on the walls — no ducts, no ceilings opened.

  • Day 2

    Pipework & condenser

Refrigerant lines run in slim colour-matched trunking; the compact condenser goes onto its anti-vibration base at the rear. The noisiest hour is quieter than a kitchen refit.

  • Day 3

    Commissioning & making good

Vacuum, pressure-test, charge, commission, load-check — while our finisher tidies every fixing and touch-point back to nothing.

  • Day 3, later

    Handover

Controls on your phone, schedules set for real life, paperwork in your inbox. Then we hoover our way out of the door.

Period properties

Built long before climate control. Not a problem.

Lath-and-plaster ceilings, original cornicing, sash boxes, floorboards someone will want to see again one day — we plan around all of it. Nothing original is chased or cut: pipework travels in slim trunking on external walls, and the only internal fixings are two neat brackets per room.

  • Pre-installation survey and photographic record of every room we work in
  • Specialist making-good on lime plaster and original mouldings
  • Listed building and conservation-area experience — consents handled with our planning partners

Afterwards

The only thing we leave behind is the temperature you asked for.

No skips on the drive for a month, no trailing cables, no mystery holes. When the van pulls away, the house looks exactly as it did — it just behaves better. Most clients tell us the strangest part is how quickly they stop thinking about it. That's the product.

The standard

Your street won't notice we came.

No skips, no scaffolding, no radios in the garden. On conservation streets and listed terraces, discretion isn't a courtesy — it's the specification.

Days, not weeks. Promise.

Your fixed quote comes with a fixed programme — you'll know the handover day before we start.
